Summer vacation week 2

 Lydia spent the week at fsy here in Idaho. We dropped her off Monday morning, she spent the week there making new friends, and enjoying some great talks and classes. She really had a good time. Late friday night we got a call from her saying they had to evacuate their dorms due to some bad storms and flooding. So we drove over and picked her up Friday night instead of Saturday morning, it was quite the adventure. Here are some pictures from her week

She made some good friends from Boise, and hung out with them Saturday night, they went miniature golfing and came over here for ice cream and games.

While she was gone Marc and I continued to work on unpacking, we also went for lots of walks, and explored the Boise green belt a little bit Friday night.

Kyle spent the week with Tori in Washington. They hiked, fished and kayaked.

Hailey started the classes she is taking this summer, they are going to be challenging. This weekend she went camping with carls family

Katie is also in school, she spends a lot of time in the organic chemistry lab. She went on a couple of dates this week, one of the dates was floating the river, they got caught in a storm, she said she was so cold.

Nicole is not in school right now, but she works a lot, and has been working on getting her classes all scheduled for next year at UVU. She also does a lot of running and biking, she is trying to g to get back in shape after taking time off due to an injury 

Katie and Nicole went to the patriotic devotional tonight at the Marriott center, they always really enjoy those

 The twins turned 20 this week, they celebrated with an early morning bike ride, a fun shopping trip, dinner and games with Hailey and Carl. It sounds like they had a good day, we wish we could have been there to celebrate with them. 20 should be a good year for them, I’m excited to see and hear about all of their fun adventures this next year.

Marc, Lydia and I went for a bike ride Saturday night, we stopped and did some exercising and went for ice cream after

 It was a good week. Lydia spent Tuesday through Friday night at girls camp, she had a good time and made new friends, her favorite was the self defense class, and lake time. Marc and I worked on the house, and went for long walks each night, we are finding lots of good walking paths. We also had a visit from Marc’s dad and Diana Saturday morning, it was fun seeing them and showing them our house.

Provo update

 Kyle and Tori and his friend Jackson hiked into a lake to try fishing last weekend, they said it was really pretty, but no fish

Hailey and Carl went fishing with carls cousins, they found some fish

Katie and Nicole have both went on some dates lately, frisbee golf, and some hiking, they have had some fun, but haven’t found any guys that they would want to go out with again
