First day of school

 Lydia started school yesterday, so far it seems like her classes will be challenging but good, she likes her teachers and has at least one friend in each class. Next week seminary will start and she will have cross country after school so her days will be long, but she is going to do great, I hope she has a really good sophomore year

Family vacation day 7,8,9

 Friday and Saturday we hung around the condo, we played pickle ball, walked around an animal reserve, swam a lot, sat in the hot tub, watched a movie, played frisbee golf, went for walks, ate lots of food and played games. Kyle had to leave Friday night so he could work Saturday, the rest of us left Sunday morning. It was a really nice vacation, we had a lot of adventures, and spent lots of good time together, and it gave everyone a break before school starts up again.

Family vacation day 6

 We started the day with a hike. The hike wasn’t bad until the last mile, and then it was a scramble straight up the mountain. But the lake was so beautiful. The kids had fun getting in the water and we took lots of pictures and relaxed there for a bit. 

We stopped in Stanley for pizza, it was yummy. Then we went to red fish lake, we had rented a pontoon boat for 2 hours. It was a lot of fun, we took the boat out to jump rock and played there for awhile, then we stopped a few times in the middle of the lake and people jumped off the boat, there was lots of music and dance parties as well.
