Christmas

 Marc was pretty sick most of the day and neither of us slept much at all that night so we were tired.  But Santa still came and we had enjoyed watching each other open their gifts, we started with our stockings and then the kids gave each other their gifts and then we had our favorite breakfast, and then we opened the gifts Santa left.  Everyone seemed very happy with what then got.  Lydia got a fitbit-she thought that was pretty fun, the twins each got a fancy running watch-they have had fun figuring those out, Hailey got the sandals she wanted and an individual smoothie blender-she has already made a couple of smoothies.  We got to talk to Kyle for a little bit, he seems good, he is still in Thayne Wyoming, he is the zone leader there and learning a lot, unfortunately he never made it to the post office to get his Christmas package, it was fun talking to him.  The rest of the day we just took it easy, we took naps and played with toys and then watched Encanto, it was a very nice day.  

Christmas Eve

 Christmas Eve was nice.  Marc started feeling sick on Thursday so he wasnt feeling great most of the day.  We spent a lot of the day cooking, everyone helped.  We also played the present guessing game, and Marc won the mega word search competition. We had dinner, and watched the nativity movie, had Christmas pie, opened our new Christmas Pajamas, and then the girls got settled in upstairs for their Christmas Eve slumber party and movie.

Pre Christmas fun

 December was a fun month.  The kids were still pretty busy most of the month with school but we found time to do some fun Christmas activities.  We did puzzles, watched movies, rang the salvation army bells, made cookies and gingerbread houses, shopped, looked at Christmas lights, listened to Christmas music, attended concerts, and played games.

Snow

 We have had a little bit of snow at the beginning of Christmas break, it wasnt much but the girls had fun playing in it and it made it feel more like Christmas.

Lydias Christmas party

 Lydia wanted to have some friends over for a little christmas party.  We did it Saturday night, it was lots of fun.  It was fun to get to some of her friends a little better, they were very nice girls.  We played all kinds of silly games and decorated cookies.  Everyone had a great time.
