Christmas Day

 We started our morning at 6:00, Santa left stockings in by the fireplace this year.

We went through our stockings, they were full of fun stuff.

Then we exchanged gifts with each other, the kids all got such thoughtful gifts for each other, it was a lot of fun watching everyone open them.

We stopped and ate a yummy breakfast. Then we moved into the other room where Santa had left some more gifts.

We had fun opening all the gifts, we go slow everyone tries things on and checks things out, it was a very fun morning.

We spent the rest of the day building legos, playing games, reading new books, watching the snow fall, eating more, playing volleyball at the gym, and just hanging out.

Christmas Eve

 We had a really fun day. Marc had to work in the morning, so the rest of us did some dinner prep and just hung out all morning, when he got home we pulled out all of our yummy snacks and ate and then played some Christmas guessing game and Christmas Pictionary. We ate dinner at 5:00, the food was great and it was so fun having everyone around our table.

After dinner we did a little Christmas devotional and had desert and another light drive. We came home from that and everyone opened up new pajamas, they got silly so we took some fun pictures. We read a couple of Christmas stories and then the girls went up and watched a movie together before the my fell asleep, Kyle stayed up and helped set up everything for Christmas morning.

Rock climbing

 Monday everyone went rock climbing, they had a great time, they climbed for a couple of hours.

Later in Monday we made and decorated sugar cookies and ended the night with a movie.

Christmas Sunday and gingerbread houses

 It was fun having everyone at church together on Sunday. It was our Christmas meeting and a mission farewell. 

After church we made our gingerbread houses. This is everyone’s favorite activity, the houses turned out great, and it was fun watching everyone get creative 

College kids made it home and visitors

 The kids all got home last Thursday, Kyle drove home with friends, they drove through the night and got here around noon, the girls flew into Pasco, we picked them up around 4:00, my parents got here around 1:00. So we were all here by 6:00, so fun to have everyone. My parents stayed until Saturday morning, we played lots of pickle ball, caught up on all the fun college adventures, and played fun Christmas games.
